  : The pictures of this property are roughly 10+ years old, so not up to date, as advertised. The pictures are a misrepresentation. You can clearly see the difference in the growth of the trees on the front of the property as to how old the pictures really are. The dog kennel area is overrun with weeds and unkempt. The location of the property is not ideal. Next door is a flock or geese with 2 very large white guard dogs that bark both day and night. The grounds were not kept up. We were quite surprised that this property is advertised as a house, this is a trailer house from, we believe the 1970s? We expected at least a manufactured home or as advertised a house. The furnishings were like they had gone to a second hand thrift store just to fill the unit. The couches are worn down and very soft. Safety wise the fire extinguishers need to be serviced and updated. The range top hood, and screen underneath is filthy dirty, rusted and the paint is chipping off. Upon arrival to the unit, the entry steps need to be replaced or resurfaced before someone slips and falls. As we entered the unit the smell of old, dirty mildew smell was appalling! The carpets are stained, wrinkled and dirty. I am truly glad we did not have any kids with us, because of the smell and dirty carpets. We strongly feel that the property should be reviewed by a Booking representative to bring this unit up to Bookings standards or removed from the rental inventory. This is the first time we used Bookings.com and we were very disappointed. We would give this booking less than 1 star, if we could. The condition of the property is not the fault of the cleaning crew as the bathrooms and bedding were very clean. Thank you
