  : The setting was good near to Cape Arago and Shore Acres State Parks, the house was roomy, climate control was good and it was quiet. Nice selection of movies and televisions in each room.
  : There was only one coffee mug in the whole kitchen, the kitchen was dated which was okay, but, it wasn't quite up to the standard I expected.

  : The kitchen was very fully equipped - everything from lemon juicer to rice cooker and measuring cups. You can really cook there and there were plenty of dishes. The house has a lovely view of the bay, and is not too noisy at night. You can hear traffic during the day. The upstairs bathroom is modern and renovated. The people responding to the onsite call number were very prompt and helpful, even right around Christmas. They helped us get the fireplace started when we had issues. They were great. There are tons of movies and TVs for entertainment, and even a closet of games.
  : Overall, the house is a bit funky and contrasts excellent features with some concerning ones. There was a foul smell coming from the kitchen that required airing the place out. This returned if we left the house for an entire day. The bunk bedrooms had no window shades on the windows. Though some of the furniture was is good shape, the couch cushions in the bedroom upstairs were badly ripped. The downstairs bathroom is quite old. The fireplace doesn't work well and the wires must be moved "just so" to get the fireplace to light. This house is rented by another organization I'll call X. Communication with them was VERY difficult. I had to call to get the codes to unlock the door and had issues with payment. Calling X often required spending long periods on hold. When I had to cancel one of our nights, X flatly refused a refund, despite me being entitled to one by the contract. Booking.com stepped in and forced them to refund my money. Booking was a reliable partner; X was challenging to work with.

  : We loved the comfort of the beds and the furniture! And the front and back yards and plants were BEAUTIFUL!
  : There was some food and spots under the glass of the dining table when we arrived and some cobwebs up in the corners of the rooms. We couldn't locate any garbage bags to replace the main garbage bag when it got full

  : Nothing it's was disgusting filled pet hair. Coverings comforter, linens for beds all beds had pet hair crumbs and smelled like it hadn't been washed for awhile.
  : Customer service stinks called for fresh linens and got nothing. Not even a sorry waited all day for it
