  : We did not stay at the Forest Ridge Property (we booked in MARCH 2023) you cancelled our reservation shortly before June 25 and had no other choice but to stay at the Wygant Property. Advertisement for Wygant is misleading and false. Old locks. very difficult to unlock and lock door (daily) NO keys. NO beach access. NO decent cookware, very old, warped, scratched etc. Unhealthy, had to eat out. No chairs for outside area, had to buy camp chairs. NO necessary amenities. had to buy hair dryer etc etc. The house had a very bad odor, had to leave the windows open. This place was not suitable for two seniors. Not sure why our reservation/ booking was cancelled. I think I was scammed.

  : Great place!! ...except for the horse poop in the driveway and 5 the mouse traps in the kitchen. Also, mice droppings in kitchen drawers and one dead outside, yuck!

  : the dishes in the cupboards were dirty. coffee cups & bowls still had coffee & food on them.

  : Gorgeous house, private and living in a forest.Two story windows reveal all the way to ocean fog.Kitchen is large and well equipped!
  : Driveway a bit steep, but parking was generous and level.

  : It was very hidden and had excellent views. The home looks larger then it actually was but not a bad thing at all. Layout was on top.
  : Not enough hot water for each guest. There was three of us and only had hot water for 1 person. Others had to wait a few hours. The point of a bath is to be able to us it and still have enough for at least one other guest that would like to shower as well.
