: Everything is functional and fairly clean, a well-organized apartment in a nice neighborhood.
: During my stay, the very loud old AC would automatically go back to 83 degrees, and I had to manually change the setting all the time to cool the unit down. All appliances were operational, but outdated. No coffee nor a tea bag was provided, according to their policy.

: Nice that they had dish and hand soap, a new scrubbing sponge and lots of basics, including some basic cooking supplies. Very convenient. Nice to have a working grill and tvs. Generally clean place. Not fancy, but wasnt looking for fancy, good deal for the 4 nights.Would definitely recommend the place, a couple minor issues dont change my opinion.
: Door to covering laundry was off the track. I fixed it. Pan in the drawer under the stove had been out away dirty. Couch bad wasnt super comfy, but good enough for kids.Booked it because it said there was pool access, but didnt say that the pool wasnt open until April, the week after we visited. Didnt need it though, kids were exhausted from the parks.

: The place was dirty, rugs in kitchen & bath filfty. Ft storm door & sliding door didnt close properly. Frig door Handle Loose. Bedding & mattress bad. Very outdated. Baseboard dirty, mold in bath.

: The quality of the house was very Good. All necesary home equipment was complete.
: The total price of the rent together with service costs was hidden. I tried to cancel my reservation because of that but it was not possible without a huge cancelation fee.
