: Location is 10 min south of Moab! Keep that in mind when booking this property. However for us it wasn't a big deal and we really enjoyed that the pool was right next door! The place was spacious enough and the garage was a nice add to store our mountain bikes.
: We tried to do as many of our dishes by hand just because of the limitation of amount of bowls plates etc. While they provided two hand towels, and dish soap we couldn't find a sponge at all. Not a big deal breaker but it is something they may want to provide. The sliding door didn't slide so well anymore and some of the utilities feel a little dated. All very minor things too be honest!

: Resort prices for builder-basic amenities. If you're looking to stay in Moab, you can find a cheaper place with better customer service and nicer amenities. There was a roach bait trap sitting in the living room floor. There is mildew growing in the shower. 2 plates were broken when we pulled them out of the cupboard. The wifi is sub-par. Good luck streaming anything. The bathroom faucet sticks. The sample soaps are Dove brand samples--nothing bad, but nothing special either. There are no sample teas or coffees. Bring your own spices and sweeteners. Horrible customer service.
