  : Location was great. Clean, spacious, comfortable well appointed home. Quiet neighborhood.
  : Stayed 2 nights at a rate of $355 for the two nights but the total cost ended up being $611.57 by the time a $140.00 cleaning fee was added in plus $116.00 in other taxes and fees. We did not feel this was a very good deal for our money. Did not notice the total price was that much higher until after making the reservations and getting the confirmation receipt. Since our reservation was made less than 60 days before the arrival date, the confirmation stated we would be charged the total price if we cancelled.

  : Pet friendly. Place is comfortable for a weekend visit.
  : The e-lock did not work upon arrival. We had to call the property management and they were unable to reset it remotely. Someone arrived 45 minutes later to fix it The passcode to the key box didnt work either.

  : 1. the beds were not comfortable 2. the sofa-bed in the living room is not comfortable.

  : The space was clean and as described. Comfortable for our family. Great response time when I had a couple of questions.
  : The sofa bed is uncomfortable, but that was to be expected so we were prepared.

  : Very clean. Nice location easy to find and get in and out of. Decent pool.
  : There were some maintenance issues. The toaster didnt work, the ice maker didnt function, and there were no ice trays to make ice. There were no instructions on the use of the three remote controls needed to watch tv. Shower curtain was dirty and the liner needed replacing. The iron table outside on the patio needed repairing. Having said that, when I messaged the owner on the first morning, she was very prompt. When we got back from hiking that afternoon, there was a new toaster, ice trays and a note on the use of the remotes.

  : Quiet, amenities were great. Back patio was a nice retreat. DOG friendly. Lots of family friendly extras (crib, rollaway bed, lots of games and puzzles, kid dishes).
  : Vacasa staff (pre arrival) sent conflicting information causing a great deal of stress. I looked for a property that allowed pets, this one stated pets allowed, no additional charge which was why I selected this property. When I notified Vacasa that I was bringing pets they told me there was a $20/night fee. Then they told me they only allowed dogs and miniature horses. (I travel with two cats) I have never encountered a place that allowed pets that didnt allow cats (since then I have seen listings that do say DOGS allowed rather than PETS- had this listing stated that I wouldve at least known to ask BEFORE spending $600 non refundable). Fortunately we were able to shift plans with our pet sitter and bring our dogs instead of our cats but it made for a pretty miserable trip for me since my cat is my ESA.

  : Location, amenities, sufficient space for five people - all were good. The kitchen is equipped relatively well. The presence of the garage is appreciated.
  : The access code to the door has not arrived in time. My attempts to contact Vacasa by text, as they recommended, went unanswered for over 40 minutes. The hold on the phone was more manageable, but still we spent too much time worrying about how we are going to get inside the unit. The living room sofa bed is hardly usable for sleeping as its "feet" end of the base has broken off the bed frame. The saving grace was the folding bed that we had to drag from the upper floor, so our elderly family member had a place to sleep without having to climb a set of stairs. It worked out in the end but again we had to stress about how we are keep our old family member comfortable. The spaces under the couch and the loveseat were not cleaned in a long time and were full of dust and Cheetos crumbs. Not terrible, but unpleasant.
