  : The cabin was extremely unkept and dirty. It was super outdated and there was mold throughout the bathrooms. Full of spiders and the entire cabin smelled like mold.

  : Not much the cabin you see in the picture is not the room where you get to stay. Make sure you know what you are getting into.
  : Stayed in a king suite. The room smelled like smoke.The Jets on the Jacuzzi tub did not work, the bed was very uncomfortable. For the extra money we spent on the king room. A person would expect a more up to date/functional room, but this was not the case

  : We loved that it was walking distance to the Ferry docks to get you Mackinaw Island. We also love the charm about staying in a Cabin or Chalet. It was also nostalgic because we stayed here for our first trip to Mackinaw back in 2020! Linens were clean, no bed bugs or lice found. The hotel also provides coupons and discounts to select surrounding restaurants and you can purchase ferry tickets in the lobby.
  : We didnt like that there were a lot of spider webs and live spiders in the corners of the rooms. Also the chalet we stayed in was between two large pine trees, which is aesthetically pleasing however their root systems seem to be messing up the foundation of our particular chalet we stayed in. The floor was really uneven and slanted and the front door was also damaged enough that there was a hole at the bottom. This probably is what allowed spiders and bugs to find their way inside. We also werent a huge fan of the layout of the chalet, because when you use the bathroom you have a window facing your neighbours bathroom so just make sure the blinds are shut!

  : We thought we were booking a cabin in a wilderness area. Turns out we got a motel room in the parking lot behind the cabins. The walls of the room were covered with pine paneling to make it look like a cabin on the inside. Lots of deferred maintenanc.

  : We booked a room 6 months ago for a cabin. And they said no it will be a room.
