  : The people at the front desk were personable when talking face to face. But phones were ringing and ringing and no one answered them. Hotel is starting to get run down.

  : Filthy carpeting in room with black ? Mold stains in room and hallway. Signs pointed to pool, hot tub and sauna yet kept taking you up and down different floors and hallways and never ever did find them. I chose this hotel specifically for this and very disappointed. The check in clerk never said where things were and when I asked another clerk in the morning she wasn’t helpful either. The only person was the housekeeper Jamaican sweet gentleman who took us outside and showed us a shared pool with three other hotels and the indoor pool with kids zine didn’t open until 11 am and when I looked inside the bottom of the pools were dirty. No breakfast even thought there was a breakfast place, Gave coupons to BOGO free breakfast at a restaurant down the street that charged my friend and I 18.99 for awful food. There was also a musty smell in the hotel. Very disappointed

  : The kids and our grandchildren loved the Waterpark area. The staff was wonderful.

  : Love the location and great price. Staff were very helpful and nice. Definitely run down some but would stay here again.
  : Halls smelled musty, beds didn't have blankets on them. No breakfast on location. Beds are way to small for 5 people.
