  : Located within walking distance of many Mackinaw City attractions.
  : Books from a picture on Booking.com…. Our King Suite looked like it dropped from the 1950’s (for $250 per night). The parking stripes are faded and the parking lot is shared with the next door property si parking is difficult if many people are staying. We were not informed about the property (ice, vending machines). I called the hotel prior to the stay to confirm the type of coffee maker and was told flat pods….our room had a 5-cup Mister coffee machine and the pods were the wrong size for the machine…..walked.5 mile to Starbucks for coffee. Tried to use the vending machine for soda but after trying my card the machine displayed a message “cash only” (really?!).

  : It was clean and a good location.
  : This facility goes out of its way to be strange. The elevator is no where near the lobby. We had to go out and down a sidewalk that dropped off a couple feet at the end. We then had to go back and into the parking lot, around the end of the building and then back in to get to the elevator. We didn’t use the water park or pool. You have to sign a waiver to use them. There is no food, so they suggest a couple local restaurants. The room was clean, but had an awkward layout.

  : The room was very dust and needed a good cleaning. It appeared as if cleaning the room had been neglected for a while. The room also had a terrible smell of marijuana.

  : Never in a million years would I stay at this hotel or even book here again. My friend and I both booked a room she gave me money and I called ahead and paid for the rooms I ended up not being able to go so I called and made sure i would get a refund for the one room the person I spoke to said yes and they saw the payment and I would be refunded once my friend checked out. Then day of check in I get a call an they say I didn’t pay. Even tho I did and it shows it twice on my bank statement the first and second time they charged me. I had to pay again for my friend to be able to stay. Luckily for my bank is taking care of it. Absolutely zero stars and the customer service is horrible the employees are rude and I was hold for over 1 hour when telling them I paid the first time. Don’t bother staying here the stress isn’t worth it
