  : The folks at the desk were pleasant and the room was clean with a large television.
  : My room was the same temperature as outdoors when I checked in, around 55. It took nearly an hour to get up to 68 and despite having the heat blasting all night, it never got above 72 in the room. The bathroom was still extremely unpleasant to use because the heat doesn't blow in there. I left around 9:30 but 10 AM checkout is just annoying. The location is not good. There is no decent food or anything interesting to do in Custer. I stayed in a nicer, larger room in Lead the night before for $44. These people charged me $95 plus a $10 pet fee. It is simply highway robbery. It's worth it to drive 60 miles further rather than stopping in Custer.

  : Our unit 21 had a very loud heater that woke us every time it turned on. The door to the bathroom stuck when closed and was very difficult to open when inside.
