  : The coffee was great. Actually your breakfast selection was good. I especially liked having waffles but wasn't sure if the cooking time. Instructions would be helpful.
  : The first room was nice & comfortable. But the beds should always have mattress protectors or pads, not just sheets. After our friend hurt her foot, we really appreciated you looking for a room on the first floor. That room was disappointing because of the poor condition it was in. Having the bathroom floor breaking away from the foundation was not safe. We kept wondering what kind of critter could or would come through. And it needed a bigger refrigerator like our 1st room. I understand that you're trying to fix the problems that the original owners let fall apart, but do not use rooms that are in dire need of repair.

  : First off, the Dakota Inn is out of business. You did not notify me until the day we were leaving so we had to scramble to find another place. You gave us an alternate place that was the worst place I have ever stayed in. I did not like anything.
  : See above. If all your properties are like this I will never use Booking. com again. The rooms were filthy. The air conditioning leaked and got the floors wet. The bathroom was atrocious.

  : The motel was extremely filthy and dirty. The front desk area was a mess. The room itself contained several large carpet stains (probably from a large dog urinating all over the floor.) The bathroom and sink were dirty and missing items such as a safety bar for getting in and out of the tub. The motel room was so filthy that we were unable to stay the night.

  : Very rundown and dirty. There were holes in the towels and terrible stains on the pillow. The bathroom was awful - bathtub and shower curtain were old and dirty. The toilet seat did not even fit the toilet. The price was very deceiving. We expected an accommodation comparable to others in this price range. We have been coming to this area for more than 30 years and have stayed many places here, but this is by far the worst we have ever seen. Our reservation was for 5 nights but we left after 2 nights. We did not want to stay at all but the cancellation fee was expensive enough to influence our decision to stay. We are now moving to Rapid City for the remainder of our trip for $103/night at a 4-star hotel we have stayed at many times. Traveling during a pandemic and finding such dirty accommodations was very frustrating and disappointing!
