  : The rooms are very comfortable and the beds are great.
  : The hotel was doing major renovations. I made my reservation a couple months ago and only received an email from the hotel about a week out from my reservation to tell me about the renovations. Over a holiday weekend the hotel had major renovations underway through the am until the evening with drilling, painting and massive plastic covers over almost the entire main lobby. The worst thing was a painter on a ladder right in front of a working elevator. As someone who works in risk management, I cannot believe they allowed this. It was disruptive, at times dangerous and all customers staying during this time should have received some kind of discount as this was not minor renovations in one room that could be blocked off-this was in the middle of everything! I’ve stayed here before so this is more about bad decisions around this renovation. The hotel itself is in a good location and the staff we encountered were doing their best. This was a poor leadership decision.

  : The free parking was kind of nice.
  : The over all stay was ok except the sink and shower drains were clogged up and take forever for the water to go down.

  : There was hair in the bed, a previous guests show behind the curtain, and crushed up chips and Oreos on the floor. No bags in the trash cans. There was water left in the ice bucket with no liner available. Room did not smell fresh/clean. Rooms 706 and 708.
