  : Room wasn’t clean- no pillow cases on half of the pillows, leftover food in the refrigerator, and mostly they advertised a24/7 shuttle but told me it stopped at midnight. My daughters flight was 1:10 am so she had to pay for and wait for an Uber as the front desk said no shuttle service until 4am

  : Decent hotel and staff friendly. Food for purchase in morning and at night was good, but, of course, expensive.
  : The location is a pain. There are no stores or restaurants near by. So, getting something to eat or buying things was rather inconvenient. There are no microwaves in the rooms and the one microwave they have in the food area is located where there is no counter space, no trash can, making it a pain to cook dinner (they have some frozen dinners). Driving in PA, and around Pittsburgh and outskirts is always a pain (live up here previously for 4 years). There are no feeder roads and if you miss an exit you have to go all over the place to get back where you need to go but that is not the hotel's fault. Still, they could have built in a much better location. Driving out to a place to eat, I did find a comparable hotel by Hilton where there were restaurants, drug store, that sort of thing. The hotel is perfectly fine, but I will not go there again because of the location and the microwave situation.

  : When I got into my room, the tv signal was very poor. I contacted the front desk and they said it’s been out. I had very poor tv for 4 days. I wish they would tell people what’s going on when they check in. I also had to ask to have my room cleaned at day 4. This place allows parking for the airport and because of that, there was never parking up to close to the area where my room was. I also learned from other guests that the tv issue has been going on for a while, not just a few days.

  : We had a very nice stay here- the hotel was clean and quiet. Check in and out was easy and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is great- only 10minutes from the airport, 20-30m from Pittsburgh, and 15-20min from The Pavilion at Star Lake. The beds and pillows were comfortable. My only complaint was that the bathroom does not have a fan. This is not a fancy hotel by any means but if you are looking for something clean, comfortable and quiet this is a great choice! We did not try the breakfast but I noticed they had a coffee bar for lattes etc. and I think that's a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.
