  : The convenient location. Traveling for a long early flight. I didn't want to have to be concerned about transportation from another property. This property is also ideal as not having to add the stress of road traffic/construction delays.
  : When checking in, I felt as though I was a nuance to the staff as I was struggling with my luggage. Not once during the check in process did staff smile nor was I thanked for choosing Hyatt, instead I was greeted with 'checking in?' This sense of being a nuance continued when I had to ask where the elevators were located (I was not given directions to them when I received my key). Overall, the accommodations were average and the restaurant's prices were high. The restaurant knows they can have a higher price point due to the limited options on the land side . A smile/hello/thank you DO make a big difference for people.

  : I arrived after a long overseas flight and was exhausted. My expectations for checking in were to be greeted with a smile and a hello. Staff was not warm and friendly. They came across as though those checking in were imposing on them. I didn’t receive a smile or a hello/welcome/thank you. I made it known I’m hearing impaired and was having difficulty hearing what they were saying. They appeared to be annoyed by my asking them to speak louder/repeat what they stated. Be hospitable if you’re working in the industry.

  : Too close to the elevator. Wasn’t the elevator noise that bothered me it was the talking from the people using the elevator as my room was just around the corner from the elevator.

  : Dinner was quite expensive at the restaurant
  : Carrying 4 large luggage’s from the parking lot was very inconvenient with no ramp . Hard to wheel to bags . No hotel assistance from parking lot if needed

  : One of the worst hotel stays of my life. I’m assuming it was the AC unit but was so loud. Sounded like every 10 minutes someone was slamming a door making it impossible to sleep!
