  : When we attempted to check in on June 7, we were told there was no room available and that the reservation was incorrectly made for June 14. Again, we were told there was no room available, so we had to find another hotel Later that evening, we received a phone call From a person who I assumed was the property manager. We were told there was in fact, a room available that they had been holding, and that person apologized profusely because we had already made other arrangements, and offered to cancel the booking, which offer we accepted However, we have just discovered through bookings.com that the reservation was never canceled and we have been charged for it bookings.com has contacted your facility and requested that booking be credited back to us, but we have not heard back yet Very frustrating We originally booked with your property because we trust and value the facilities and the level of service I am waiting to see how this works out!
  : Since we were never able to stay at your property, I cannot answer this question. What I don’t like is that we were not able to stay at the property and had to scramble to find another place to stay

  : I always stay here when I visit Tulsa.
  : This time the room I stayed in (418), seemed a little outdated. The tub/shower was small and the bed mattress had an older, out of shape feel.

  : Clean. Very friendly staff. Great location to my son. Coffee was good. Water was awesome hot.!
  : Mattress was too hard for me, but everyone is different. Large selection on breakfast, but eggs and gravy not good. Pool didn’t feel heated, but was great for awhile.
