  : The staff was incredibly nice. The hotel is very quiet and clean.
  : The TV in our room did not work. The mattress on one of the beds had a huge nasty looking stain. The breakfast wasn’t the best. Did not have very many options.

  : Location and that's it.
  : Our shower flooded half of our room. I get it is handicapped accessible but there is zero reason that shower should have flooded the bathroom and half our room. Have stayed in many handicapped rooms before and never had that problem.We had to use blankets, towels and sheets to stop the water. Went to the front desk for help and all we got was,"I don't know what you want me to do about it" ! Offered more towels and that was it! The comforters were nasty and the sheets were either not changed or horribly stained. There was blood on the wall across from the bathroom door! The amount of drunks in the lobby was ridiculous and so loud! Rooms are advertised has queen beds. They are not queen beds but full size.

  : No regular syrup, only sugar-free. Coffee machine—poor coffee quality.
