  : The breakfast was very good. There were plenty of options. The a/c worked well. The room was very clean.
  : The toilet didn’t flush in the room we were assigned. The front desk immediately gave us a different room and there were no more issues after that.

  : The only staff member I interacted with was great! I, also, enjoyed the corner room location.
  : I, frankly, was a little disappointed. Growing up, on vacations, I enjoyed holiday inns the most of all the hotels. Some of my fondest memories were there. However, this time, it was the most lugubruious visit of all my stays. The floor was exceedingly gritty, and the tvs and remote controls both made watching TV an incredible pain(all 3). I was bitten by an unknown bug during the night, I searched and could not find it. I was unable to fall back asleep after that, dreading, I was going to be covered in bug bites by nights end. The bathroom turned us all away from taking a shower. The tub was gray with soapscum in the bottom and carelessly cleaned. The bunks are breeding grounds for bugs due to the wood frames being covered in filth so thick it's black as the paint. Again, I didn't find the bug in the sheets, but I took pictures of the bite, as well as the bathtub and the dirty bunk beds. The mattresses had dark spots in some of the seams that indicated bugs may be burrowing down inside. I was shocked. Never have I been bitten in any holiday inn before now. Even the wifi seemed to be noticeably slower than 99% of hotels I've been to that offered it. I was too nasueus to inform the staff. I could keep going, but I believe you get the idea.

  : The only thing that went wrong was when the fire alarm started going off at 3:45 a.m. apparently someone pulled the fire alarm.
