  : I think what they have here is a parent company with a bunch of different properties. The place we stayed at was a condo in “The Witmer.” I was very surprised that the address was unknown until we arrived. The Witmer happens to be close to a mall and a metro stop, which was convenient, but don’t expect your stay to be at the same place as us.
  : Luxury Crystal Apartments tried to cancel my stay, claiming I didn’t show up. They didn’t want me to leave a negative review. Luxury Crystal Apartments isn’t a place. If you google it, all the listings have the same 8.8/10 reviews. While we did have a place to stay in DC, the owners/manager did not live close. When we arrived, we tried to google the address on the listing, but the guy we were meeting to get key from had to drop us a pin. He should have said “put The Witmer into google maps,” but he didn’t. It was very strange. The apartment had not been prepared for us. The towels were finally found in the dryer. The bathroom mats were in need of washing. We had to ask him to bring us soap and tp, which we didn’t get until the next day. It was hard to coordinate getting supplies because we were out doing touristy stuff during the day and had the only key to the place. The doors squeaked and would disturb people’s sleep when people got up to go to the bathroom. When I asked him to come and put some wd-40 on the hinges, he asked if I could go get some, do it myself and he’d reimburse me. The water heater made a loud sound when we showered. The internet wasn’t strong enough to watch Netflix. We made it work, but when they canceled my stay immediately following our trip, I knew they are manipulating things.

  : This property was not available due to COVID-19 reasoning, and was offered a new location, which was ok. Had minor problems with the new location that’s were offered. The microwave was not properly working, the toilet would not flush, and we tried to maintenance and no one was available to assist.
  : It was cool, just wish that things where working properly.

  : The location was amazing, it's close to many shops and restaurants. There is a huge mall opposite the building. The apartment feels like home and it was so convenient. Also very close to Smithsonian mall and other museums in D.C. Getting into the apartment was tricky but host was available to help, she was nice.
  : The TV in the room had the wrong remote so we couldn't watch TV in the room throughout our stay. Also, both toilets became clogged the day before we left, host promised to fix but we had to check out. Host response was slow but she tried her best. overall it was a nice stay.
