  : We had the most terrible experience with this hotel, we had a reservation more than 2 months ago, we were counting on this, we arrived on the day of staying and the lady who attended us in the lobby told us that that room was not available and that she only had one with a bed, we went with my sister and my parents, 80 and 85 years old.
  : The lady who served us had no compassion and even so she didn't care and continued serving the other guests. We were trying to solve the phone numbers with Booking, they never answered, they spent approximately 2 hours waiting for the "manager" to solve us but she said There were no more rooms available. We were very disappointed and frustrated. We asked him to help us since we were coming with our elderly parents. Finally, after so much waiting, he sent us to another hotel, which we really didn't expect. They charged us a little more than what we expected. We had paid at Holiday Inn so we will never use their platform again. Terrible service with this hotel. We realized that reservations are useless because the hotel will do whatever they want with the rooms. Terrible experience.

  : In the rooms on the first floor you can not open the windows, but the air conditioning works fine.
