  : The hotel was conveniently located 10 minutes away from the Lincoln memorial and The Smithsonian museums.
  : When I booked this hotel it said free breakfast but they only give you two breakfast vouchers per room. Which is not stated anywhere on booking. We handbook two rooms containing five people. Therefore, one of us had to pay for breakfast. Also parking is $44 a day. The front desk staff were not the most welcoming people, but some training could help that.

  : I like that the receptionist were very supportive in some things i didnt approve while at my stay of the hotel.
  : There were dirty rags before we got to use them i had to make an complaint to the receptionist bc cleaning came in my room without my permission, took the dirty rags n didnt replace them with clean ones so i had to make an complaint w the receptionist. Another thing, The toilet wouldn’t flush keep trying to be backed up . Some of the clean towels had stains on them . Me and my significant other were placed in a handicap room and we aren’t handicap so they door kept stayin open when we would leave or open the door it slowly closes which is a safety hazard because someone could easily walk behind us and walk in our room. Lastly, i didnt receive the $150 back it was a holding fee that was for my room i had booked.
