  : The view from our room was excellent.Air conditioning worked ver good as it was a couple of very hot days.Plenty of parking in the back of the building.

  : The Inn is located away from the downtown area, so it was a nice peaceful place to stay. We enjoyed the million dollar view out the balcony. It was just lovely, and arriving in early June, it wasn't crowded with tourists yet. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very helpful. We requested a microwave and it was brought up and placed with no issues in the room.
  : There is no closet or extra shelving to place things on in the room or the bathroom. On the balcony there are two chairs and there were 3 in our group. The chairs are extremely large and there could easily be three or even four chairs if they were the usual patio chair sizes. Also, we didn't have a screen on our patio door to the balcony, (although other rooms had a screen), and because of that, we had to keep the glass door shut because of lots and lots of tiny flies drawn by the night light on the patio. There was no switch to shut off that light.

  : Grandview has the best views. The beds are SO comfortable. I like that they added privacy screens and glass fronts to the balconies.The pool was nice, the water could have been a little warmer but it was nice.
  : I did not like that the balcony lights stay on all night. They were bright making it difficult to sleep. There were dark curtains that could block the light, but I like to sleep with the screen door so I can hear the ocean and feel the breeze. Also I would recommend adding anti slip strips to the stairs because they can be slippery when wet. I actually fell down the stairs pretty hard after it rained

  : The beds are super comfortable. the unobstructed view is amazing. The pool was nice, though could've been warmer ( for a heated pool it was pretty cold). The rooms are clean. Staff us super friendly. Overall, by far my favorite place to stay when I visit York.
  : I did not like that the balcony lights stay on all night and they're so bright. For me, the point in having a bed facing the ocean is to fall asleep and wake up to the view of the ocean. I couldn't do that with the bright lights because it was either close the blackout curtain and see nothing or struggle to fall asleep with the light. Plus the lights attract alot of bugs. Also, the back stairs leading to the 2nd and 3rd levels should have some kind of anti slip strips as they become slippery when wet. I learned the hard way when my mother slid down an entire flight of stairs.
