  : Check in was horrible wait lady told me she had to put her newborn down first not my business I had reservation for certain check in time they were aware of second roaches was on the the door greeting us to the room only 1 set of towels room smell like weed and off brand pine so l e to be a smoke free room the smell of weed hits you when you step off elevator never booking there again

  : Called and asked them before I made a non-refundable reservation that if I showed up at around 2am ish that it would be okay. I was told yes (very nice lady, I spoke to about this) and then she was gonna call me back when they got the reservation. She called back and said it was confirmed and booked. I show up at 230am and dial the 500 for late night check in. A dude answers the phone in a moody attitude and I try explaining to him I have a reservation but he just starts talking over me and saying All rooms are filled, you cant make a reservation if theyre filled so I continued to say I already made a reservation and he just said that all the reservation rooms (all rooms) are filled right now. So instead of arguing I just say whatever, and he blames it on the site I used (bookings.com). So, I left at 245am with nowhere to go because I didnt have a reservation. Oh and I cant get my money back!!!

  : First floor is kept the cleanest, the room we had was dirty when we checked in and had mold in the bathroom. We didnt have a roach problem until they came in my room an sprayed for them.
