  : I arrived at the hotel and my reservation was paid and they told me that there were no rooms because I feel cheated.
  : Bad hotel, I paid for a reservation and when I arrived they told me they had no rooms because I feel robbed and scammed.

  : Made a reservation and didn’t get a room, awful customer service. The lady at the desk pointed at the sign and laughed it off that they were overbooked. Awful awful experience and awful customer service!

  : I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 pm, on the website it said it was open till 11pm. No one was at the desk and the sign said that the office was closed till 7:30 the next morning. I was exhausted with no place to go!! Luckily, I was able to find another hotel about a mile away. They were open and very pleasant. I will NEVER book at the OYO in Waco again. It also looked very dirty from the outside with people screaming all around.
  : The horrible hotel!! I'm so glad that I didn't have to stay there and will never be back!!!!

  : I arrived at 11pm after long day drive but the office was closed and nobody there!! It was not me arrived at that time. There’s two teams more! Please refund my $6 of deposit!!!!!
