  : They turn off a/c until you arrive, took hours for room to cool down to sleep. Business center -ha - some of the sites I needed to go to don't work in Microsoft, need chrome browser.

  : Very cozy historic room. Spacious and comfortable. Mostly quiet around bed time hours. Bed was very comfortable. Great location.
  : The TV didn't work properly. Had poor or weak signal and wouldn't pickup anything. Had a streaming device so we just used that instead. Not impressed with no breakfast. Optional attached restaurant that was slightly pricey in my opinion.

  : I loved how the property was historic and room had so much character. I loved the big bathtub with shower and the big comfortable bed. I loved how we had two nightstands and coffee with real mugs for the morning. I loved how I could put on my makeup at the little mirror.
  : The carpet was dirty and the chair worn.

  : Elevator. This hotel is 100 years old. It's been refurbished and is in good shape. Very nice older furniture. Creeky floors. My wife loves it. I can take it or leave it.
  : Breakfast is at a restaurant on the corner called Toast. That's not really a dislike. I guess they could offer their own breakfast. They do have a bar.

  : The Campbell is an unsung gem. Located perfectly for any exploring of Tulsa and for day trips beyond.My room (Rose Bowl) was stunning
  : Needed better lighting in the bathroom.Whilst the black heavy drapes were fantastic at night, the room was gloomy by day.The bar being available is hit and miss. But that's fine, there's plenty around on E 11thFridge doesn't have a freezer.

  : Cute hotel with great history. Very friendly staff. Pet friendly with good walking neighborhood. Location was good for access to food and entertainment and has great parking. Rooms were very spacious, and the shower in the suite had two shower heads.
  : Found LOTS of random hairballs throughout the room (bathroom, shower, sitting area, bedroom, chairs, top of bed, sheets, under sheets, every corner, etc.) Sheets had stains that where cleaned, but still easily observable. Floors, especially grout, in bathroom and shower needed a serious cleaning. Floors in sitting area and bedroom were dirty to the point of staining socks. Towels were mismatched, stained, had holes and were frayed. The bedspread was stained and worn, pillow shams were dirty, mattress was saggy and had lumps, bed creaked and wiggled with every move. Public areas of hotel looked like they could have been very nice, but needed a deep cleaning to get dust bunnies, cobwebs, stains, etc removed. Dresser in the bedroom was missing 5 pulls and bedside lamp on one side didn't work with the switch and would not consistently turn on or off by the switch on itself. Toilet seat needed to be replaced several years ago due to excessive wear and stains.

  : The bed is very old there is a bump in the middle and the hellebore without really folded inclined impossible to sleep comfortably in more they did not change the sheets of the customer who were before me I found hairs of women of the hair disgusts of blood on the sheet of the make-up on the pillow and on the towels you can see the photographs it is really disgusting to sleep in in a hotel with a price similar the notation of the hotel is really misleading I highly disadvise it
