  : The property itself was fantastic, tons of bed options everywhere, fast access to the trail to the base area, shuttle availability at the end of the day was super convenient. Kitchen was stocked really well and allowed us to cook a few meals there. Also, as mentioned the staff refunded us some for the garage door being run into by the previous guest. They also gave us access to another close property's pool and hot tub area AND gave us garage parking at a close property since we had a vehicle that had sunroof damage and needed covered parking.Fantastic customer service but the vacasa/eagle ridge lodge team!
  : There were some leftovers from a previous guest or the owners, a flat birthday balloon and some infant highchair and bouncer thing. Not a big deal, but just made me thing perhaps it wasn't cleaned. Also the garage door was broken, however this was brilliantly handled by the staff as were made aware the day before and compensated and alternate options made available when requested.Only downside was the shuttle in the morning we attempted that did not pull into the property but stayed on the road, couldn't give us a time window of arrival and when we went outside to get on, someone else from our property grabbed it and the shuttle took off.
