  : Improve on the shower door., very hard to open/close. Put hand rails in bathrooms for the elderly. Advise of rooms on second floor. We were elderly people traveling from Canada & had suitcases to take up stairs. A lower level room would have suited our purpose.

  : Location was very good, 15min walk to Quay and shopping centre.Check in was simple and came with good parking. Room was very dated but a good size and Bedding was clean and fresh. Expected price for accommodation .
  : Carpet in shower area+Toilet and needed cleaning at the skirting board edges as dusty. Decor very tired looking but functional. But we arrived back evening at 11pm to find our Room Door open and off the lock, we were lucky as only left few clothes and toiletries in the room. The Room door was shut tight by me and handle checked before we left for the day. On reporting this to owner told the maid must of been in, but our Beds were still as we left them, as was the bath towel we had placed on the carpet of the Shower/Toilet area. Felt very annoyed about invasion of our privacy with the potential for Theft of our belongings and our car. We had couple hours sleep and left at 4:30am. Still no apology given by owner for serious breach of hotel security . I would never recommend a establishment that I view as untrustworthy ..

  : No breakfast option with rooms booked through booking.com
