  : Proximity to the Theatre (work) was excellent. Having a little apartment to yourself is nice.
  : The look of the front of property is a little bleak. Front door, entrance hall, stairs all a bit funny and low quality.

  : My en suite room was immaculate, with a very comfortable bed, table and chairs, and fully-equipped kitchenette (fridge, oven, hob, microwave and cooking/eating utensils). I was able to park my car off-road virtually under the window, and go to the City Park across the road for exercise. All the staff/owners whom I met were very helpful and friendly. And all this for £35 per night!
  : Instructions for the electric hob and the microwave would have been useful, though one of the owners got me sorted with the former and would have helped with the latter if I hadn't said "no worries". There was a lot of noise the first evening (a Monday) from the pub round the corner which had live outdoor music until 11pm, but that obviously wasn't the fault of the Apartments, and probably wouldn't be an issue during the winter.
