: A good location, central to Sarande and not far from the main strip/promenade. The breakfast is good and the staff are very friendly/helpful. Parking is easily accessible and secure. Wifi relatively good.
: Very noisy at night. Air-con is a bit wobbly (cuts out randomly). Sea view rooms are partial sea view (theres two hotels in the way to make it a full sea view). Rooms feel cramped and dated (for a 4* hotel). Advertised on booking.com as 150m from the beach - whilst this is true, they are private beaches that you have to pay to use. The normal/free beach is a 10 minute walk away.

: Hotel Agimi is perfectly located in Sarand with beautiful views over the bay. From our room we had nice views on the Greek island of Corfu. There is a very modern swimming pool in the hotel which is illuminated at night. We enjoyed it even in the beginning of November. There is also direct access to the sea just opposite the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were modern with good beds, and with a modern bath room. We also received towels for the swimming pool.
: Unfortunately, the reception desk was never staffed. It is true that October/November is a low season, but it would be good if from time to time there is somebody at the reception desk. When checking in, a colleague from the restaurant had to jump in to do the check in process, calling the person in charge for instructions. When checking out, it was the same, and it took a long time to get the payment receipt printed. Payment by credit card was not possible because the computer was down. The colleague from the restaurant spoke bad English and communication was difficult.
