  : The Demi hotel, Sarande was delightful. Excellent location and well-equipped bedrooms, ours overlooking the spectacular bay as was the large scenic outside bar. Breakfasts were the best we had in Albania! The owner, Ari was very hands-on and extremely charming and helpful. Can certainly well recommend.

  : We were in the VIP Suite, 601, totally worth it! Spectacular views of the bay, just stunning. The hot tub was so relaxing at night and the view of the harbor and ships all lit up was a special experience. Huge deck with 180 degree view. The restaurant on the water was the big surprise for us. The food and setting was superb, a big bonus, do not miss it.
  : Occasionally they get very tiny ants which due to the lack of rain probably is an issue anywhere. Was not a major issue, no infestation.

  : The reception staff and the restaurant staff were lovely, despite during main lunch service being clearly understaffed and very busy. We stayed towards the end of the season, so the hotel and surrounding area were very quiet and relaxing. We were grateful for an upgrade to our room - it was spacious, very clean, comfortable, with a balcony.
  : It seemed like the owners were a presence looming large at the property, present in the public areas all the time, but they were clearly not there to make visitors feel welcome or to help the staff. My least favourite part of staying here was when there were no towels on the deck/beach area and no staff available to help as they were all serving the owners/family who were holding a large party in the outdoor restaurant. As I couldnt find towels/staff, I went to put down a bathroom towel - one of the owners started shouting at me to use a beach towel but didnt bother to get off her mobile phone to help, walking away. There were no towels and it took another 10 minutes before anyone could rustle up something as basic as a towel for me and the other guests using the deck because all the staff were busy running after he owners party. I dont appreciate being shouted at when I am a guest.

  : The room was very good, equipped with everything necessary, and the decor was modern. The staff was very courteous. Overall, it was a good experience but with small improvements can be much better.
  : It is expensive for what it offers, especially the restaurant needs improvement as it was very very pricey and the food we tried was tasteless. The rooms were not soundproof, and we could hear what the other guests were doing on the floor above us. Check-out needs improvement as well; we had to wait until they checked the room to let us go(the first time this happened to me).
