  : The elevator was broken and had to go up 4 stories to our room . Was lost for 30 minutes. Pool was amazing but to many children especially in hot tubs

  : We stayed there for 7 nights and we loved the room. Housekeepers always did a great job the whole duration of our stay. Kudos to them. We had a balcony in second floor/patio. Was able to get out and watched fireworks on July 4th outside. Room is so spacious and all 4 of us enjoyed it. Also the bathroom is huge with a separate shower area and bathtub area. Really nice inside.
  : I didnt see a microwave if we wanted to micrawave food we couldnt find one in the room. Only small fridge inside the cabinet. Maybe expand the arcade for kids to have variety of games to play. When we checked out on July 7th, i called frontdesk to ask for a dolly since we had alot of things/luggage and it was a rude lady who answered the call and was not kind when she informed us theres nothing available because they are being brought back and forth. There are ways of telling your guest that there are no available dolly at this time and once theres available they can inform us and take to our room. Instead she was rude about it. She may need more training on customer service. I did not get her name. Other than that we had good experience staying there from June 29-July 7.

  : It was quiet where we stayed, even with the balcony overlooking part of the roof with air conditioner units and the pool, when the door was shut it was quiet. Views were nice. Friendly staff. Room was dated but clean.the onsite spa was great.
  : Two of the advertised restaurants on site were closed. One was over priced (average $40 for entree per person) and two where located inside the Casino. Also, one had 40 minute wait for seating even though there was only one table occupied. This meant either going into Santa Fe or Espanola to find something to eat. With a small exception, there was a Taco Bell and McDonald’s about a mile North. Fortunately, there was a small Mexican restaurant located in the same area and gave a third option.Only a QDR code was provided in the room to get a list of amenities. Most hotels in this price range have usb ports in the rooms and charging stations, i didn’t see any outside the business center and there wasn’t any in the room. Wristbands were required to access the pool area and you had to ask for them each day of your stay.

  : They were short staffed so some of their restaurants were closed and they didn't offer in room dining because of it.
