  : A staircase leading down to the second floor in the middle of my room located on third floor. There was no mention of the staircase at checkin.

  : absolutely nothing. It is outdated, old, the carpets were damp, and the room musty. The staff was very unfriendly. For the price point, you could stay at a much nicer, cleaner,, and newer facility. We had to book this hotel as we made an error in our dates for the Drury inn. our prior hotel offered free breakfast and happy hour every night for much less than the cost of this hotel. Would not recommend this hotel.
  : it was very noisy. The staff was very unfriendly and that is not typical of Santa Fe. The parking was impossible as anyone from the street could park in their parking garage. I would have to say this was one of the worst hotels I stayed at.

Disappointing

  : The location was very good. The bed was comfortable and the room overall was nice enough, though the bathroom was very small.
  : When we arrived we were greatly disappointed to find out that the room with private balcony was not going to work for us. Even though the hotel listed that it has an elevator for some reason the elevator does not go up to the rooms with balconies! As I have a back injury I cannot climb flights of stairs so we had to be given a lesser room.The housekeeping was terrible! An empty pizza box and dirty glasses sat there for two days! I had to write a note to the housekeeper to remove the above and give us clean glasses. The front desk did not inform us of the amenities such as morning coffee offered in the lobby. When informed of these issues at checkout the manager was curt and acted as though he didn't believe us. I did not appreciate his attitude. So disappointing on so many levels. We are long-time travelers to Santa Fe and this hotel was an epic fail.

  : Wasn’t aware it was a staircase up to the room. And very little space in bathroom- door clearance to get in right. It was okay for us but won’t be for some.

  : Hotel is convenient to almost everything we wanted to see. We parked the car and didn’t move it. We also appreciated the quiet at night.
  : Tiny televisions, old grouts around bathtub, A/C control, a/C volume, tired decor.
