  : Vibe was great inside, Its very chill. Neighborhood is wild. Junkies everywhere but the property felt very safe inside.
  : The tenderloin is still as wild as ever. I wish there wasnt so many junkies but nothing awful happened.

  : Great staff at check-in. Discussed neighborhood frankly but positively. Very helpful and gracious introduction.
  : The location is a severe challenge, but motel creates an oasis. The rooms are more IKEA than I prefer. The big turn off here is the morning dude presiding over checkout. He is a very big, condescending, and obnoxious presence. Rather than inquiring about stay, his 9am phone came to find out how soon we were leaving. When sitting in court yard while waiting for cab(neighborhood makes waiting at curb in advisable)after checking out, he sneered that we were lingering after check out and asked if we planned on staying another day (check out was at the ungracious 11am; he made this jab of an inquiry at 11:33). While I restrained myself, I had two words for this gent and they were NOT thank you.

  : The front desk staff were very friendly.
  : I got there early to try to check in if there was a room available. I requested a bottom level floor because I had someone staying with me that had a disability and when I arrived I was told that room 28 would be available shortly. So I waited about 20 mins. Checked in again and was told it wasn't ready yet but room 25 would be available sooner. So I waited another 15 minutes. Checked in and the front desk told me I would get room 28 because that would be a shorter wait. Waited another 15-20 minutes. He gave me the key to room 28 and when I got there there was another guy that worked there who told me I shouldn't have gotten the room keys because there was actually people still in the room, so I never got a room on the bottom level and waited about 45 minutes-1 hour to get a room upstairs.
