  : It is spotless and comfortable. However, I asked for a copy of the invoice, and they refused. Many hotels that work for Booking.com lie saying that they do not have payment data. It is false, because when I complain to Booking.com, they normally send me the invoice. It is very annoying. They finally gave me a blank and useless copy. They are liars.

  : The breakfast had a pretty good variety just a very short two hour window where you can go.
  : The location wasn’t great with multiple transient people around the location. Totally unsafe to walk around at all.It was expensive for one night but overall the room was very clean. Parking is limited and sometimes difficult to navigate with very narrow spots.

  : I'm displeased with the way the manager of the hotel treated me and my wife... While we were bringing our luggage as well as other items we own he suddenly said they had a one luggage per person policy and that we couldn't bring anything else into the room because he didn't want bedbugs or any other insects our things may have. I couldn't do anything except stand there unable to comprehend why he would make this baseless accusation... Until it dawned on me. He saw me, a brown man in his 30's and immediately assumed the worst... I paid for the room with MY hard earned money not with vouchers like some of the people that stay at the hotel, people who definitely were homeless and definitely brought all the things he accused me of bringing with my things. I asked him to show me where in the hotel policy it said I couldn't bring my things but he said "stop bringing your trash here or get out of my hotel and you can get a refund next week maybe" as it is I was booking here because of an emergency and he was aware of this fact. He knew I couldn't afford to lose the booking as of that moment and took advantage of the situation to belittle me as he looked smugly at the rest of my things which sat on the curb in the middle of the tenderloin(I feared for my safety!) the concierge also stated they would not allow me to extend my stay and that I had to check out today.
