  : Nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. First night room had no water and they refused to refund with in an hr of arriving so that I can go elsewhere. Couldn’t shower before bed. Couldn’t flush the toilet nor wash my hands. Floor was not swept so when I took my shoes off felt all the dirt on the floor.

  : Really liked how close it was to LackLand Air Force Base since my husband was graduating!
  : It’s definitely an older hotel. It REALLY needs updating and deep cleaning. Also feels as if some stuff are not up to safety code.

  : It was close to JBSA Lackland for the graduation and it’s close to a lot of stores and eating places. It’s not bad.
  : The room floor was dirty also the bath tub had rust in it. And the bathroom floor was dirty. Beds are a little uncomfortable and the staff is stingy with how many towels they give you.

  : One of our rooms wasn't cleaned even tho we checked in after 6 PM! Breakfast was disappointing the first day they ran out of both juices and had no idea where the waffle mix was, the second day juice machines were filled but at 830 (Breakfast was until 9) the waffle mix ran out and they didn't want to refill it. The oatmeal was crusty inside the packages. The pool was murky at best and warmer then the air outside, so in the middle of JUNE IN TEXAS when you exited the pool, you were cold.When I went to check out, I had to ask for the receipts and made me feel like I was bothering the receptionist for doing so. The beds are extremely firm, like being on a trampoline, you feel every movement from another person. Charged me $8.02 more than what booking.com quoted, probably charged me a safe fee even tho I didn't use it and told them I BROUGHT MY OWN ($1.50 per night per room 2 rooms x 2 nights plus tax is my guess). Several people had to hit the little service bell because no one was at the front. As I was checking in, the woman working kept calling me mama's, which was....different. If you need to use the hotel phone for any reason, don't it was so static I couldn't hear my child tell me that she forgot her cellphone in our room. Lastly, be careful with giving kids a shower in 107. The temp only goes from warm/hot to hot/scolding no matter which way you trun the faucet.
