: The best part is the breakfast which is cooked to order from the menu. Staff are helpful and very friendly. Close to beach, but it is just like all the hotels along the road. A bit far from old town.
: I personally think this hotel is overpriced. For 150 per night in a small city. I would expect things to be impeccable. The hard facilities are not well maintained. Fitting loosened, cracks, water scale can be seen here and there. The hot tub, which is supposed to be the selling point, has significant water scale. It made you not want to use it at all. Crack at the bottom is also seen. The complimentary wine is well below expectation. It costs less than 3 Euro.

: My room was nice but smelled a little musty. The Platinum suite. The restaurant and staff were fantastic. The bed was comfy and the outdoor patio was and very nice.
: The hot tub was absolutely cold when we arrived and took 3 hours to warm up. I had been so looking forward to the outdoor hot tub. The staff was very apologetic and offered free drinks to us for the inconvenience. That was nice.

: Fantastic room with own terrace and hot tub. All staff were fantastic but especially in the restaurant at breakfast. Breakfast was very generous and of a really high standard. Great position with an easy walk into the old town
: Room could've done with more clothes storage space. Was a bit of a faff to reserve sunbeds on the beach, as not always available due to hiring them out to non residents.

: Great boutique hotel with outstanding breakfast and service. We had the whirlpool suite, which was just amazing. Definitely recommend!
: While the location at the beach is nice and the service at the beach is great, I think rethymnon (beach) has better areas. However, given that it is just a 15 min walk into the city or other parts of the beach, that's not a big deal. Also the dinner was good but not great. However, both points are minor details and I definitely recommend to stay here!
