: The coffee and tea and water in the room was only complementary for first night. After that you had to pay for them which I would not expect after paying 650 for 3 nights. Also there was no choices at breakfast

: the room was huge with great ocean views, a huge balcony, air conditioning and very walkable to everything. very clean and updated
: the weekend man at the front desk was one of the rudest people i have ever encountered, we went down to get help with a taxi and he put his hand in my wife's face before telling me not to speak until he was done talking. he was trying to order us a ferry ticket when all we needed was a car to the ferry and were trying to stop him before he did so. He then told me i wasnt allowed to speak again so we left and had to figure it out on our own. he honestly ruined what had been one of our favorite stays on our 3 week trip

: The hotel was amazing. I had a spacious newly renovated room. Everything was very clean and fresh. The bathroom was perfect, the shower had really hot water and a good water flow. The wifi dropped a couple of times but in general it was good. The hotel is about 20-30 mins walk from the city center but there're plenty of shops, restaurants and other places in the area. It's quiet at night. The stuff stayed up after midnight to meet me. In general they were very friendly and helpful with any question that I had. For example, they helped me cover the window in the bathroom as it was letting to much light into the main room in the morning a pretty creative thing.
: The breakfast was nice but it was the same every day. I stayed for two weeks so I got a bit tired of it.

: Lovely breakfast served on the roof terrace.
: Noisy beach bar used by locals and people from other hotels, directly below our room. Opened mid morning to late, often playing mindless music. Impossible to sit on our balcony, relax and enjoy the sea view. There is also a quite busy road in front of the hotel.

: We loved our stay at Batis Hotel! Everything went perfectly, we were there for 4 nights. The girl at the reception was very positive. We had an early flight and they managed to do our check-in at 10 am, so we didn't have to wait with our baggage until 3 pm! I am looking forward to coming back again to Batis!
