  : The condo room was clean and kept up well. The location was very close to the beach but the ability to walk down to it was not clear.
  : There were a some discrepancies between what booking.com and Sandy Key Realty information had on booking.com website. The first is the actual location of the condo. When we arrived at Port Aransas per the direction from booking.com the facility was already occupied by a couple. After some calls were made, the directions sent us to the wrong location. The ability to make direct contact to the condo management was difficult but we were able to get our stay information corrected and we made it to the condo. The next hurdle was getting into the condo. After a check in call, i was told that the information on getting the keys was different from what the booking.com had instructed us. The condo representative had given us a combination lockbox code for a lock box on the door. After several trys on lock, it finally opened and keys were inside. The information on booking.com and Sandy Key Realty needs to be updated. The name of the location was called Cozy Isle but we actually stayed at Mustang Isle Condominium. Don't know who is actually accountable to the correct information, booking.com or the condo management, doesn't matter to the guest, it just is frustrating to arrive at the location and finding out it is not at right place.
