  : Took about 15 minutes for someone to show up to check us in, when she did show up she looked VERY unprofessional. Was ranting about how bad her past few days have been and couldnt even focus to get us checked in properly, as if she was on a substance. Got to our room and the lady had to bring us towels and toilet paper because there was none. The pillows had stains as well as the shower curtains. The roof above the toilet looked like it was going to fall apart. You could hear people screaming outside in the middle of the night. The carpet was sticky and slightly wet. Beds are super thin and can feel the springs. There was no control for the TV. The pictures online look NOTHING like the hotel itself. Very sketchy and scary place to stay. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

  : Nothing! The room wasn't like the pictures online at all and things like the carpet and shower curtain rod are either worn out or ready to fall apart.
  : Blood stain on the sheets, stains on the towels, no battery in the smoke detector, room wasn't ready when I arrived at 7pm, took an hour to get my room and receptionist (who would leave and not come back for 20 to 30 minutes) switched me to 3 different rooms because of rooms not being ready, key card didn't work, cleaning guy said homeless people break into rooms and do drugs, someone vacuuming the room above me at 4am, homeless people hanging outside the rooms talking and yelling half the night, lady screaming at 7am and then sobbing then ambulance showing up and taking someone away. Couldn't find a receptionist in the morning for 20 minutes to try and check out. I was supposed to stay a second night but I will never go back there again!

  : I had a late arrival. Called ahead to confirm ability to check in late. No clerk at desk when I arrived. No one answered phone number to call for late arrival. Did not get checked in to room. Had to continue trip through the night.

  : They booked me a room billed me and the Pendleton Police shut them down for being a nuisance property and operating without a business license. I was given hours to leave and my refund took four days. Incurred additional expenses on taxis more expensive hotel

  : The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom looked good.
  : . There was nobody at the front counter when I 1st got there I had the holler to get somebody to come out. Then they had somebody to go check on our room and said it was ready, the paperwork said room 246 and they sent me to room 241 and the key didn't work and there was somebody in room 246 so I had to look up the phone number and call the hotel and they brought me another key. The carpet was filthy and there were several people wandering around that made us feel uncomfortable. And there were no hand towels or wash clothes. They said there dryer broke down. Won't go back

  : False advertisement.. the place is a halfway house for homeless and junkies. it was not safe, nor clean.. there were used condoms in my garbage can.
