  : We stayed here for a festival so it was the location that was important for us.
  : The staff were friendly but unable to answer basic questions. There was also zero consideration for the environment, with breakfast being entirely plastic utensils and no focus on recycling.

  : Breakfast was just ok, nothing special.
  : The person working the front desk was inept. I paid for and requested 2 adjoining queen rooms. What we got were 2 queen rooms on opposite hallways in the motel. I was told since I had used a 3rd party booking agent, there was nothing they could do. After about 45 minutes to haggling, we were allowed to change from a handicapped room to an executive queen suite 4 rooms away from the other room.Another issue was their lack of secure building. ALL outside doors (those leading to the parking lot) were unlocked, did not have key access like most modern motels have. We were informed rather gleefully that they were never locked. Best Western might want to look more closely at this property---that seems like a HUGE security/safety issue for their guests!!!!!

  : There was no elevator to the second floor. That would be a problem for older people. Also, the employee working the dining area was handling food without gloves on
