  : The property was in a great spot and easily accessible to the beach. The balcony was perfect for views of the ocean.
  : Very run down and outdated. Rooms definitely could use some TLC/Updating. Pool could definitely be remodeled or improved.

  : No storage, no shelves, no bath tub, when showering the floor floods in the bathroom at least an inch because the shower does not hold the water from leaving shower area! Beds were cheap aluminum platform that was loose shaky and squeeked with simply breathing. The matress was the thin cheap coil spring typ that you feel every inch of, The rooms old out dated, and dirty looking because of the age and dingy paint and half rotted trim and missing pieces of flooring. It atleast smelled clean ! Door had gaps between frame and door and felf unsafe not secure! Hvac was stuck on 1 temp no matter how the thermosthat was adjust. ( cold) people yelling in the passage ways, smell of pot constantly, had to get my own towels , ask any workers and they just smile and say go up front.in which they rarely had very many. Had to change my own bedding. Pictures online were very deceiving and not accurate. Only reason I stayed my time was becoming lack of ability to go anywhere else and that it was non refundable. Talked to others that left and went elsewhere. Many others I talked to had same and similar complaints.
