  : The only thing good was our view off balcony
  : Floors, couches, end tables dirty, balcony was sticky mess. Substantial damage to floor, walls. There was one knife 3 spoons and 2 forks. Ice machine broke air conditioners both barely working, hot tub broke and has been for some time , pool was disgusting full of cigarettes butts, green cloudy water and tons of sand clogging filter. I paid close to 600.00 for one night

  : The location for our purposes was great. We weren't there to actually vacation, it was a family business trip. However, we wanted that beach experience for my friend who was traveling with me. She did go to the beach and also walked around while I was at my family meeting. Plenty of food/stores close by. The staff was pleasant - very little interaction but check in/out was quick and easy.
  : While the room was ok, I really didn't feel the pictures adequately represented the actual in-room experience. I hadn't stayed in a hotel on Panama City Beach in many years (i.e. I have family near by) so I was disappointed at how worn , even cheap, everything seemed. I guess if you were just looking for an inexpensive room for only sleeping, I guess it was ok. The dining room table and chairs were the very tall kind - like TALL. I needed to sit at the table to do some work on my laptop and I had to literally climb up on the chair and hope that the table was sturdy enough to hang onto while doing so. For someone with hip arthritis, this was not comfortable at all.

  : Location was great easy to find great reastraunts in walking distance. The views from the balcony were amazing. It was very relaxing. Room had plenty of space and comfy beds. We had a 2 berron suite.
  : The elevator and staff were not the greatest . We had issues getting to our floor due code you had to put in not working. When asking staff for help at the desk they were staring at me and almost never had an answer ..on checking getting keys took longer due my other party already checking in then we needed dish soap and towels and garbage bags never got til our 2nd day. Valet was great and helpful front desk not so much.
