  : We like that it was close to shopping and restaurants.
  : most of the staff were pleasant except for a couple of individuals at the front desk. When we got there the guy that front desk told us we had canceled our reservation only after we insisted we didn’t did he realize his mistake. He did not even apologize to us. The second incident happened one afternoon when my husband ask the lady at the front desk for change is that we could leave a tip for the maid service. she said that she didn’t have any money and my husband asked her for a manager she said she was the only one there. Later on my daughter and I purchased some soft drinks and we ask her if could use cash and she happily took out money and gave us change. I asked her why she didn’t give my husband change earlier and lied about not having any money and she said nothing. This was the part that left a sour taste in my mouth.It was totally unprofessional.
