  : There was supposed to be a hair dryer and there wasn’t one. Need a ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom of the condo. Some of the crank out windows malfunctioned…need maintenance or repair. It would have been helpful to know that kitchen/dining/living room were on second level …required 2 flights of stairs.

  : The house was very clean. The space met our needs perfectly. Decorating was tasteful and simple. The kitchen was a great space for us to prepare our meals. The location was perfect. We enjoyed walking around town from this central location. The views from all the windows were fabulous. Good thing this place has it’s own coffee maker, because there are no coffee shops open in Ouray at the time of our stay prior to 10am. The deck was a wonderful place to enjoy the start of the day, and to wrap up a fun day as well.
  : The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. I hope they’ll be replaced soon. We stayed 4 nights and I couldn’t imagine sleeping on those beds any longer. Our kids preferred the couches to the beds.

  : Location was great, furniture was comfortable.
  : TV & cable were sub par. The satellite service drops signal frequently and wasn’t working at all when we arrived…. It took quite a while to get it to come back on. Office was no help. Tub & shower could also use some help. help. Old jacuzzi tub Doesn’t work or look clean enough to take a bath in. Shower Faucet is hard to operate and adjust. Vanity sink won’t hold water, stopper doesn’t work right. Check in was weird and took a long time. Today when I checked out I was promised a receipt would be e-mailed to me in an hour. Still have not seen one.
