  : We stayed at the Volcano View villa which is beautiful and in a great location provided youre on the lower level. The same cant be said for the upper level room.The views from both levels are spectacular, too bad theres no awning or umbrella to provide shade, as the small terrace is in full sun most of the day and becomes way too hot to enjoy. It was a trek to get to the main facility for breakfast but worth the effort. The pool was lovely as was the view from the pool.
  : The upper level room of the Volcano View villa is very noisy since its on the main strip. Its also too small for a couple. Theres no room for suitcases or clothing and the bathroom has a very low ceiling. The Volcano View villa may be suitable for a family with teenagers who can sleep upstairs. It doesnt work as a 2-bedroom apartment for couples because the upper room is way too small. Management should make that clearer in the room description. We were travelling with friends who stayed in the upstairs room and found it very uncomfortable.

  : I liked this hotel for its cleanliness and closeness to the town of Oia. There are a looooooootttt of steps but they do help you with your luggage which is a fantastic plus.
  : I felt the staff could have been nicer. My husband knocked over a lamp we were upfront with them about the lamp. It was positioned on a shelf that is also a couch. THe management asked for an over the top price to replace the lamp. For the cost of the hotel breakfast was poor. There was bread, eggs and pancakes. You get your own coffee and if you want a fresh americao they ask you to pay for it.

  : Absolutely breathtaking views at this location. I enjoyed the hot tub after lots of walking and stairs during the day. I thought the space of the room was laid out very nicely.
  : The breakfast could have been better. The first morning we had breakfast and it was an 8 out of 10. Food seemed freshish and the potatoes and eggs were warm. The following mornings after unfortunately were not like the first morning. The pastries were stale, the eggs and potatoes were cold. After 2 more mornings we decided to eat elsewhere. In the meanwhile visiting Oia was absolutely beautiful. My husband and I got married and brought my bouquet back to the room. We had them drying out and were going to pack a few roses for keep sake. The morning of check out- which is 10am. Around 8am we went down to the breakfast area for about 20 minutes to sit with our friends. We came back up to our room around 830am and the cleaning crew had already stripped the beds, started mopping, and THREW AWAY MY BOUQUET! We had NOT checked out as we still were waiting for our driver and had over an hour before 10am. I was very upset that we simply stepped away for less than 30 minutes and without letting anyone know we were checking out. I mentioned to the cleaning crew and they did not speak English- so my flowers were trashed.

  : The location was great, you can see the Oia Sunset from the hot tub of your room, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
  : There are many cats in Oia in general, I didnt like to have one in the balcony of the room since Im afraid of cats.

  : I had serious problem with the payment. I had already payed through Booking and in the ckeck-in the the hotel didn't find the payment, so I had to pay again. Eventually I got the refund for the second payment, but it was really troublesome. The hotel is very poorly organized.
