  : We had a jacuzzi room and it was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The woman running breakfast was super sweet. The man carrying our luggage was amazing!
  : The jacuzzi could have been warmer for a jacuzzi or rather a pool in the sun.

  : The only food available on property was if you wanted to eat the steps to get up to the main street and place to get any kind of food.No closets or shelves to speak of. My personal items are on the floor..Pay extra for a hot tub in room and the unit was broken. When looked at by staff, fixed jets but only had cool water. Not hot

  : I noticed the floor was a little dirty, looked like it wasnt thoroughly cleaned prior. I just wore flip flops around the room so not a big deal

  : The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean. The breakfast was good.
  : When I booked a two room suite, I was never informed that the second room was up a vertical ladder. Not once were we made aware that we had to climb up and down a ladder to access the second bedroom. This was extremely inconvenient and difficult for some in our party. This is a major negative for this property. Not one photo on the website or on the booking page showed this ladder situation. We were deceived when booking this property and I will think twice about booking through booking.com again. I've never had this problem and it was not the best start to our three week journey.

  : Obviously fantastic location and views . Good that they arrange for a porter to meet you and escort you to the hotel
  : Our booking said that we would have a complimentary bottle of wine and a mini bar in room, instead all we had was a bottle of water and had to go back up hill if we wanted anything. When we pointed this out to staff instead of just giving us a bottle of wine they said we will have to check it out . Our room 118 was in the corner so we had no terrace or table and chairs to eat breakfast on. Room was fairly big and bed was big

  : A few weeks ago, I planned to stay at the Caldera Premium Villas for 3 nights, enticed by the hotel's picturesque location within Santorini. However, my plans were abruptly halted when I suffered a Trimalleolas ankle fracture ( worst type of ankle fracture) while walking down the old stone staircase leading to the hotel check-in/ entrance. Despite the hotel's appealing features, the dangerous and uneven conditions of the steps caused me to slip, resulting in a fractured ankle (one that will take months to heal). This unfortunate incident effectively cancelled my three-night stay, and my family and I had to fly back to Athens promptly for surgery. It's crucial for the Caldera to address the perilous step entrance, ensuring a safe and accessible experience for all guests and preventing such incidents from marring future visitors' experiences in Santorini and Greece.
