  : Was very neat and clean inside. Was nice and quiet. Great value.
  : The outside could be updated. Looked very seedy and rundown from the outside, but the inside was very nice.

  : Room was tiny, freezing with no accomidations. The pullout couch had no betting wans a blood stain on the tiny thin mattress. Customer Service was abysmal.

  : Didn't get the right room we paid for. The pictures showed a kitchen and living room. This had no kitchen and living room was soo small with no TV in it.

  : Mold smell and mold present. fridge, and microwave unplugged, staff saying it was other customers. The bathroom fan was unplugged, and the towels were damp. Only one wall heater worked.

  : The location was excellent.
  : The hotel was recently purchased by Days Inn, and they are not communicative at all. The bedroom is horribly small. You don't even have a foot of space on the sides of the bed, and it is so tight ypu cannot close the door. The foldout bed for our son is terrible. The mattress is so thin it offers no support between you and the springs. The layout of the room is just a horrible use of space.The bed is horribly uncomfortable. If you have a perfect back, I suppose it's adequate, but if you have back problems at all, you will be paying for it for days to come.The bathroom sink was not secured and looked like ot risked falling every time the sink was used.The shower and curtain is designed so you can't really close it all the way and you nearly flood the bathroom anytime it's used.As Days Inn purchased the property the guests are able to use their facilities (including breakfast)... it was bar none, the poorest hotel breakfast I have EVER had the misfortune of trying.They allow pets, and the policy description says a charge MAY apply. You are encouraged to message them for details. They will NOT respond. So you arrive at the hotel where you are required to sign a form of rules (I get rules, we have pets...)... the fee is $25 per pet per night.... no exceptions. But you can't cancel at this point as you will forfeit your entire booking. So be prepared for a laundry list of unpleasant surprises.It's relatively inexpensive, but even for cheap, it is absolutely NOT worth the expense.

  : There was NOTHING I liked about the Westerly motel.
  : My room reeked of a cleaning agent, I was told by the staff member it was Fabuloso. The smell gave me a headache, I had to open all the windows all day to try and get rid of the bad smell. The smell still lingered in the room, but not as strong. There was mold in the bedroom, garbage under the bed. The people next to me, room #6 were very Noisy until really late. One of the staff woke me up, tapping the window, then knocking on my door. I saw him drive away as I opened the door. Tried calling front desk several times due to no toilet paper and the other 2 events I described above, no answer, phone kept ringing. The couch was extremely uncomfortable and dirty. The towel racks, etc were loose, not what I expected after being renovated. NOT IMPRESSED!!! Front desk didn't ask how my stay was when I checked out. I found out their prices are different on their website, prices went up. The lady at front desk didn't care about me making a comment about the price difference. Obviously they don't care and will do very little to accommodate their customers. Don't waste your time booking here, not worth the headache or money!!!!!!!! THE WESTERLY MOTEL DOESN'T DESERVE 1 STAR, MORE LIKE -10 STARS.

  : The fact that I was away with my husband. I enjoy last minute getaways, but want what I pay for!
  : I purchased a Deluxe Queen from you and got a Sleeper King, with a bed, tv, mini fridge, microwave, small table and a chair. No kitchenette and no couch as what was advertised and what I purchased. And the staff couldn’t care less, all they said was “I’ve heard this before”! REALLY! Then Fix it!!!!!!!!

  : The price and location was great.
  : When we showed up you can't check in there, you have to go to the days inn down the street, not a huge deal just would of been nice to know as we showed up around 6 and wanted to get down to the beach before dark. The room itself hadn't been cleaned from the previous people. Dirty towels and bedding all over. That was resolved, however we had to wait 45 minutes for them to get the room clean, mind you this was again around 6 pm but the front desk guy was super nice about it. I realized I had booked a queen room with a pull out sofa bed, what I got was single room with one queen bed to fit our family of 4 That was a pain. When we went to let the front desk guy know (again he was super nice and I know this wasn't his doing) we were told they were completely booked and they could give us a roll out bed. We chose not to because again, there was barely enough room for all 4 of us to move around. I was not offered a refund or even a discount. That was very disappointing. I would like a discount at the very least.
