  : Try to clean outside a little better. Trash can full.heat the pool more.over all I feel I got what I payed for.

  : The location, the staff and the rec room.
  : We've stayed here many many times. The cost this time was extremely high for the condition of the hotel. The indoor pool was freezing! The main hallways concrete is breaking. It looks very run down.

  : The hotel was centrally located in the town of Ocean Shores. The lady who checked us in was super friendly! It was an ok place to be able to stay with our pups. We would stay again.
  : The surrounding property was pretty sketchy. We weren’t sure if people were living in parts of the hotel or not and the dumpsters had piles of old furniture out in front of it and the little yard area had a bunch of camp chairs and other furniture just sitting there. Just a lot of junk around.

  : I liked the view, from the room. The bed was comfortable, and my niece enjoyed the pool.
  : The outside could use a clean up and some landscaping.The rooms felt dates and had peeling paint in the bathroom and some places in the room. I didn’t like that the bathroom did not have a fan but a window instead. With the window located on the main hall outside. That anyone could have access.

  : Wasn’t much to like for the amount we had to spend.
  : Very old and outdated. Outside parking areas unkept. Dishes had food on them in the cub board. Floor was not vacuumed. No screens on windows. Allowed bugs in.

  : Run down stunk no ac moldy pillows were gross! 250 a night for a dumb parking lot was dirty.

  : The location is great. Close to shops and restaurants and close to the beach. The fact that they allow pets what is the main reason we stayed there. There are signs that they have tried and perhaps are still trying to renovate a very old and rundown property. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the new or renovated sauna. Though it was a standard room with two queen beds it did have a table and two chairs which we appreciated for eating space. The front desk person was polite and accommodating. Without having our expectations set too high, it was adequate and we enjoyed our stay.
  : It is an old and run down property whose glory days are long since passed. The updates and renovations are OK on the surface but are only skin deep. So many signs of lack of true quality in workmanship and care and upkeep and maintenance. Cracked and taped window in our room. Window lock was non-functional so we could not secure the room though it was probably unnecessary. Table leg was nearly broken. Bathroom door closed very tight and was hard to open, and there was no fan in the bathroom to prevent it becoming a steam room during the shower. I guess it would’ve been nice if they had cleaned the two squished bugs off the wall.
