  : Excellent location (easy access to the beach). The kitchen was modern & well stocked for cooking. The large balcony is basically a second livingroom with a view of the ocean.
  : Deceptive pricing added +50% to final cost (including taxes & fees). Taxes are understandable, not sure about the $115 per day added for standards fees which should be part of advertised price ("cleaning fee" "Tourism fee" Service Charge" "destination fee"). If these are standard charges, they should be included in the listing price, not added at the final step of booking processes.

  : Great location, a 5 min walk to the beach. Outdoor deck/patio was shaded and really nice to sit on. Plenty of outdoor toys/supplies to use. Kitchen was well stocked also with anything you could need to cook. The bed was comfortable as were the couches. Internet speeds were good.
  : We did not realize there wasn't a washer/dryer which would have been helpful on a beach vacation. Also, parking is scarce on weekends, and we almost got towed because we had to illegally park. There is only supposed to be one car per unit, but clearly some people are violating that rule. Our microwave stopped working, but they came with a replacement soon. Also, the apartment wasn't super clean at check-in, but it is beachfront so maybe it's the best they can do.
