  : The pool area with the snack bar and pool bar. How close we were to the beach. The fire pits at night were nice. The view from the room was perfect.
  : They don't have good control over their pool area. They don't back up their pool rules. The kids run the place. To many kids in the hottub without their parents. Along with kids climbing up on the pool bar and jumping. The bar tenders had to tell kids more than once to stop jumping off the bar. The life guards are not mature enough to take charge of the situation.I would also include the fact that people are allowed to come into the pool area in the morning and put towels and other belongings on lounge chairs and the go to the beach the majority of the day leaving people who are there no chairs to use because all these chairs are claimed until ther owners come back from the beach it's ridiculous. If you are occupying a chair, you should be at the pool.

  : We loved the swim up bar, the front desk staff, the hotel restaurant and the daily entertainment. The fire pit outside Is nice and relaxing in the evenings.
  : The 1st room was absolutely filthy. Old swimsuit was found behind a dresser, carpet was very dirty and hair on the bathroom floor. The room felt damp. Maybe that is because of its location close to the ocean. The pool was absolutely filthy and not being maintained properly. We would have loved to spend more time in the pool at the swim up bar but the pool was disgusting. Our room was supposed to be oceanfront as we booked it through Booking.com. At no time in the write up, did it say pool view oceanfront. We could barely see the ocean, very misleading. We attached a picture of our “view of the ocean”. We paid top dollar for this room. I will no longer book through Booking.com.
