  : Stove was clean, refrigerator was clean. Floor was vacuumed.view was great.
  : Kitchen sink disgustingly stained. Bathtub/shower dirty stains. Balcony furniture was in the living room and had dirt all over it. Balcony was locked so you could not sit outside. Decorative lumbar pillow on bed ripped . Mattress on pull out horrifically uncomfortable you felt ever spine of the bed frame. Kitchen is so poorly equipped . 4 knives, 4 mismatched forks, 4 mismatches spoons. Disgusting frying pan that is like 7 inch pan. No utensils except 1 spatula. Had to get new keys every single time we went in and out of apartment and parking garage, what is up with this!!! Prince resort and rental management company should be very ashamed.

  : The pier is a special place for my girlfriend and I. We will be booking again for next year.
  : I booked though Booking.com and it was a huge hassle... I will book directly with the Prince Resort in the future.

  : When I arrived this place was disgusting. It had not been cleaned at all. The fans had at least an inch of dust on them. The shower curtain had mildew on it. One of the pillows had a huge brown stain on it. It had not been vacuumed or swept. I got a whole dust pan of sand off the floor when I arrived and swept. The stove had a top layer of grease sitting on top of it. The smoke alarm batteries were dying and they were wired into the wall, after telling the property manager they told me to take it off the wall for the night until maintenance could get in the next day and well it wouldn’t come off do to being wired. I listened to chirping of the alarms all night and did not get any sleep. Then the light in the bathroom stopped working and wouldn’t come on. Maintenance did get in the next day and fix that and the chirping alarms but it was still very disappointing to pay that kind of money to have the issues and to come to a disgusting condo. I notified the property manager of all the issues and I wish they could have had someone come in and re clean the facility because it was so bad or at least offer some of my money back for the problems. I was supposed to stay Friday and Saturday night and I was so over the nasty place I left Saturday and did not stay another night. Also there were supposed to be pool bracelets and there was not and got asked to leave the pool due not to having bracelets. I would not recommend anyone staying at this facility!

  : Location, ac worked good
  : Keys are 30 minutes from property. Could not pick them up until 4 pm despite previous guest checking out 11 am or sooner. Apparently there is not enough staff on hand to clean in a reasonable amount of time. Phones in room did not work and were very old. Bathroom fan did not work.
